Angel of mine
Who could you be
Just who is this angel
That's watching over me

Watching me laugh
Watching me cry
Making me smile
And drying my eye

Angel of mine
I know this is true
You watch over me
In all that I do

You may be gone
That may be true
But angel of mine
I still love you

Ripped away from our lives

Our hearts left broken

Memories tortured and torn

Leaving me feeling lost and forlorn

There's not a single day goes by

when I don't look up and ask WHY?

Why did you have to take my boy?

Why did you have to take my girl?

You gave them to me then took them away

DID I TELL YOU I LOVE YOU?

I cant remember if I told you I loved you?

So I tell you every day just to make sure

To people in the street I must look silly

Talking to the clouds and butterflies

But I no your there because simple reason

I get an answer some how

Like the sun gives an extra glow

Which reminds me of your smile

Or a butterfly flutters by reminding me

How dainty you was and fragile

I now know you was on loan to me from the angels

So play in the clouds and listen to every one

When we look to the clouds and say

Angels at the other end

I sit and wonder what is at the other end of the rainbow?

Are there angels painting pictures?

Or playing in the clouds that look like snow

Looking down on us saying love you?

Miss you

Am sorry I left you

But am at peace now

Please don’t cry mummy

Am not sad anymore

So when you see a rainbow

I will be painting a picture

I will be playing in the clouds

And of course I will be sending all my love down to you in pretty colours.

They say that only an angel can go to heaven
This was true the day we said goodbye to you
You graced our world with your presence
But you left again and i thought my life was through.
Theres not a day goes by when i dont think of you both
